If your organisation has several women keen to progress and develop, then a programme of group coaching may be an option. Group coaching builds relationships, gives an opportunity to practise new skills in a supportive environment, and helps sustain behaviour change with the help of peers. We develop a tailored, bespoke group coaching programme – either face-to-face or virtual - to support the development of your emerging and current female leaders.

Each 2-hour interactive workshop blends theory, reflection, practice and tools to embed the skills back at work. Fees start from $1800 for a workshop, or $1500 if 4 or more workshops are booked.
