Lyn is a lawyer by background and in 1998 became the first Asian woman partner at a NZ national law firm. She brings over 30 years of legal practice specialising in commercial, corporate and governance issues.
In the last 10 years Lyn has taken on a wide range of governance roles across both the private and public sectors. There are too many to list them all here, but they include being on the Boards of Public Trust, General Capital, Restaurant Brands and the Asia New Zealand Foundation. In the 2017 New Years Honours, Lyn was appointed as a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for her services to New Zealand-Asia relations and governance. Lyn believes that success is about much more than just the financials, it is about the greater good for our communities, and making the world a better place.
